I am flying to Manila tomorrow! I can hardly wait. I'm going with my best friend to attend Trace Trajano’s TRQ 2 Seminar. It’s a seminar on real estate: how to find good deals, how to look for investors, how to raise capital and more! I am passionate about real estate and I want to be financially free.

I believe that to be truly successful you should not be afraid to go after what you want. Doing what makes you happy will ensure your success. Of course it will not happen overnight. Success is something to be worked at. It takes time, determination and a lot of effort.
I know that this trip is going to be very fruitful. I'm going to learn a lot about real estate and have fun at the same time! It's also the first time I'm travelling "unsupervised" so that should be something.
